All of Us Research Program Enrollment Website and Participant Portal Terms of Service

The All of Us enrollment website is where you join the All of Us Research Program. The All of Us participant portal is where you access your All of Us account.

Vibrent Health (11325 Random Hills Road Fairfax, VA 22030) provides the enrollment website and participant portal. These are the Terms of Service for the All of Us Research Program enrollment website and participant portal provided by Vibrent Health.

Who can use the All of Us enrollment website and participant portal?

  1. You must be 18 years old (19 in Alabama, 21 in Puerto Rico) to use the enrollment website and participant portal.
  2. You are not allowed to use the enrollment website or participant portal if you are in prison.

The enrollment website and participant portal:

The All of Us Research Program and Vibrent Health own the technology framework (the code and infrastructure) of the enrollment website and participant portal. The technology framework of the enrollment website and participant portal are their intellectual property (IP). Here are rules about that IP:

  1. Do not try to misuse any part of the enrollment website or participant portal. This means:
    • Follow the instructions about how to use them.
    • Use them lawfully.
  2. Do not try to change or delete any part of the enrollment website or participant portal.
    • Do not remove, hide, or change any legal information or notices about the enrollment website or participant portal.
  3. Vibrent Health can stop giving you access to the enrollment website or participant portal at any time for any reason. They don’t have to give you any notice.

Access to your All of Us account:

Your All of Us account is on the participant portal. Here are the rules for your All of Us account:

  1. Only you are allowed to access your All of Us account.
  2. Vibrent Health can stop giving you access to your account at any time for any reason.
    • They don’t have to give you any notice.
    • They may delete or remove your information.
  3. You can stop using or delete your account at any time.
    • Deleting your account is not the same as withdrawing from the All of Us Research Program.
    • Unless you withdraw, the All of Us Research Program, researchers, and Vibrent Health may still be able to use your data.
  4. Do not try to change or delete any part of your account. If you want to update any of the data in your account, contact us at 1-844-842-2855 or [email protected].

How Vibrent Health can use your information:

Vibrent Health can see the information you share on the enrollment website and in your account on the participant portal.

  • They are not allowed to use this information for research.
  • They are allowed to use this information to understand how people learn about and join the All of Us Research Program. They are not allowed to use this information to advertise other products or services to you.
  • They are not allowed to sell or rent this information.
  • They are allowed to use this information to make sure that the enrollment website and participant portal work the way they are supposed to.
  • They are allowed to use this information to improve the enrollment website and participant portal.
  • They are allowed to use this information to make the enrollment website and participant portal easier to use.

If you share comments, ideas, or feedback with Vibrent Health about the enrollment website or participant portal they can use this information any way they want to.

Notifications:

Vibrent Health may send you announcements, alerts, notifications or other messages about the enrollment website or participant portal. You can turn these on or off in your account settings. No matter what your account settings are, Vibrent Health may have to send you a message if it is required by law.

About accessing the enrollment website or participant portal through your cell phone:

  1. You may be able to log on to the enrollment website, participant portal, or your account on your cell phone. Be safe. For example, don’t do so while driving a car.
  2. Vibrent Health is not responsible for cell phone data costs or text message charges.

Costs, fees, disputes:

  1. Vibrent Health is not responsible for any lost profit, revenue, or data because of your decision to participate in the All of Us Research Program.
  2. Vibrent Health is not responsible for financial loses or damages of any kind as a result of using the enrollment website or participant portal.
  3. If you have a dispute with Vibrent Health or any part of the enrollment website, participant portal, or your account, you promise to contact Vibrent Health and try to resolve the dispute in good faith.
  4. You cannot sue Vibrent or the All of Us Research Program if the enrollment website or participant portal do not work the way you expect.
  5. Other parties cannot sue Vibrent or the All of Us Research Program on your behalf if the enrollment website or participant portal do not work the way you or they expect.

Updates to these Terms of Service

Vibrent Health may update these Terms of Service. They will post any updates on this webpage. If they make major changes, they will try to tell you directly. For example, Vibrent Health may send you an email or put a pop-up message in your All of Us account. If you take part in All of Us or use your All of Us enrollment website, participant portal, or your account after they update the Terms of Service, it means you agree to the updated Terms of Service.

Not medical care

The All of Us enrollment website and participant portal are not for medical care, advice, or treatment. If you need medical care, advice, or treatment, you should see a healthcare provider. Do not use the All of Us enrollment website or participant portal in place of seeing a healthcare provider.
